Custom Invitation Emails allow you to personalize the email sent to new users when you add them to your Knowledge Base. This feature enables you to align the invitation email with your brand and provide a more tailored onboarding experience for your team members.

How to Customize Your Invitation Emails

Step 1: Access the Invitation Email Template

  • Go to the Customize area in your Helpjuice dashboard.
  • Click on Code Editor.
  • Open the Invitation Email template.

Step 2: Enable Custom Emails

  • Check the box next to Use Custom Invitation Email to activate this feature.

Step 3: Edit Your Invitation Email

You can modify the following elements:

  • Subject: Customize the subject line (e.g., include your company name).
  • Body: Adjust the text to match your brand and provide relevant onboarding details.
  • Styling: Change fonts, colors, and add images or buttons.

⚠️ Important: Do not delete any of the existing code or links in the template. You can freely edit the text, but removing code may cause issues with the email delivery and invitation process.

Step 4: Preview and Save

  • Check the Send me a sample invitation email option if you want to receive a one-time test email.
  • Click Save Changes to apply updates.
  • Helpjuice will send you a preview email.
  • Review the preview to ensure everything is correct.
  • If needed, go back and adjust the email content.
