Whenever you add a User to Helpjuice, we send a Invitation email with their instructions on how to log in. If you wish to change what we send, or customize it to be more in line with your brand, you can now do so customization. 

To Customize your Invite/Invitation Email, simply go onto your Customization page, click on Invitation Email, and then check on Use Custom Invitation Email. If left unchecked, we'll just use our default email. 


After saving, you will automatically get a sample/preview email of your invitation email – if satisfied, you don't have to do anything.
