With the Archive feature, you can have individual/multiple articles or categories go into Archive mode. 

When Archived, the content won't appear in your knowledge base or search results, and won't be accessible unless via a direct link. 

Archiving Multilple Categories/Articles

To archive multiple Articles/Categories:

  • Select the desired Articles/Categories
  • Click Actions > Archive

This content will be located on your Dashboard, in the Archived section

Archiving Articles In The Article Editor

You can also archive individual articles directly in the article editor

  • Click New Article or edit an existing article
  • Click More > Add to Archive or Unarchive
