What happens if the article is not empty?When a New Article is created, simply drop a PDF/DOCX file and it'll auto-convert into a Helpjuice article!
To create New Articles:
- Click the + sign in the side panel or click New Article in the upper right corner of your Dashboard.
- Drag and drop the file into the article's body
What happens if the article is not empty?
In this case, we ignore the file and nothing is uploaded. The article's body needs to be empty in order to convert the file into an article.
