Getting Started in 2 Simple Steps

  1. Install the Extension:
  • Visit the Chrome Web Store
  • Search for Helpjuice and click "Install"
  1. Log into your Knowledge Base: 

When you open the extension, you'll be prompted to login if you are not already logged in. Enter the Helpjuice account credentials and the extension automatically detects your permissions and access levels.

You should be all set now! The extension automatically syncs to ensure you have the latest content and no additional configuration needed.

Quick Search

Access your Knowledge Base anytime with real-time updates to ensure you're always using the most accurate information. Instantly find and share articles from anywhere online.

How to Use:

  • Click the extension icon or press Ctrl + Shift + H
  • Type your query into the search bar
  • Navigate results using arrow keys
  • Press Enter to insert a link or Shift + Enter for full article content
 
 

Inline Search

Insert articles directly into emails, chats, or documents using the inline search feature. You can configure custom shortcuts in the extension settings.

How to Use:

  • Type // (default shortcut) in any text field
  • Start typing your query
  • Navigate results and press Enter to insert a link or Shift + Enter for the full article
 
 

AI-Powered Article Creation

Transform rough ideas, notes, or chats into polished articles with AI.

How to Use:

  • Click the extension icon or press Ctrl + Shift + H
  • Click in Create via AI
