How To Update Category Icons

Uploading Icons
You have two options to add icons to your categories: using the Icon Picker or uploading a Custom Image.
Icon Picker
- Click on New Category + or edit an existing category.
- Next to the Category name, click on the gray folder icon.
- Choose an icon from the Icon Picker.

Custom Image
- Similarly, click on New Category + or edit an existing category.
- Next to the Category name, click on the gray folder icon.
- Upload a custom image from your computer.

If you upload a custom icon, it will take priority over the Icon Picker selection. Removing the custom icon will revert to the chosen default icon
Custom Image Format and Size
For best results, use:
- Format: .png
- Size: 96 x 96 pixels
Troubleshooting: Icons Not Displayed
Some knowledge base themes may hide icons by default.
