Overview

We have a Salesforce account connected to our help KB. You can use it to test the Salesforce integration and debug issues.

How to access it

  1. Access helpjuice.com/backend and login as nicholas@helpjuice.com on our help KB.
  2. Navigate to https://login.salesforce.com/ and use the following credentials:
    • Email: nicholas@helpjuice.com
    • Password: HelpjuiceSalesforceTest1234$
  3. Once inside Salesforce, navigate to Cases:
  4. In the Cases page, you can either create a new one or edit an existing one.
  5. If you select a case, you should see the Case page with the Helpjuice extensions:
    • If, instead of the list and links, the Helpjuice section has a message asking to approve access, clear your cookies and restart the guide from the first step.


That's it! Now you can use the extension as demonstrated at the installation docs.
