What is Account Sharing?
Helpjuice allows you to link multiple accounts, making it easier for users to switch between them without needing individual account passes. This feature is especially useful for organizations with multiple knowledge bases, enabling seamless collaboration and access across accounts.
How to Link Accounts
To link your accounts and allow users to switch between them, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings – In your existing Helpjuice account, click on the Settings tab.
- Navigate to Company Info – Under the Company Info section, locate the Multiple Accounts option.
- Add the New Account – Click on Add Account and enter the subdomain of the new account you just created.
- Save Changes – Click Add Account again to confirm, then save your changes.

Only Account Owners have the ability to link multiple accounts. This action cannot be performed by regular users or administrators.

- Regularly Review Linked Accounts: Ensure that only active and relevant accounts are linked to avoid confusion.
