The Activities section in Helpjuice gives you a complete overview of all the actions taking place within your account. Whether it’s users signing in, articles being updated, or categories being reordered, this section helps you keep track of every significant change or interaction.
Why is the Activities Section Important?
The Activities section plays a crucial role in managing and monitoring your Helpjuice account for several reasons:
- Account Visibility: It provides a clear view of all actions taken within your account, giving you transparency into what changes have been made and by whom. This is especially helpful when multiple team members are contributing to your knowledge base.
- Tracking Changes: With a detailed log of actions such as article updates, user sign-ins, and category reordering, you can easily track the history of any modifications. This helps maintain accountability and ensures that you can review past changes if necessary.
- Improved Collaboration: By filtering activities by user, you can assess individual contributions. This makes it easier to manage teams, identify who is responsible for specific updates, and keep everyone on track.
- Audit and Compliance: The export function allows you to generate reports on all activities. These reports can be useful for auditing purposes, compliance checks, or simply keeping a backup record of account actions.

Available Actions in the Activities Section
In addition to viewing tracked activities, the Activities section also provides tools to help you manage and refine the data:
- Filter by User: Use the filter option to narrow down the activities displayed by a specific user. This is useful for monitoring individual user contributions or activity patterns.
-
Export Activities: You can export a full record of your activities into a
.xlsx
file. This file will contain all activity logs from the time the account was created, allowing for comprehensive reporting or archiving.
- Restoring Deleted Articles: If an article is deleted, an activity is registered on the Activities page, allowing you to restore it easily. For more information, please check → How To Restore Deleted Content.
