Understanding Storage Limits on Helpjuice
Table of Contents
What counts toward storage What happens if you reach your storage limit? Do articles themselves count? When choosing a Helpjuice plan, one of the key differences is the amount of file storage included. File storage is the space available for uploading documents, images, and other files into your knowledge base.
Here’s a quick breakdown of the limits by plan:
Knowledge Base
Includes 12 GB of storage.
AI-Knowledge Base
Includes 24 GB of storage.
Unlimited AI-Knowledge Base
Includes 38 GB of storage.
What counts toward storage
Any files you upload to your knowledge base - such as PDFs, Word documents, images, or other attachments - count toward your plan’s storage limit.
What happens if you reach your storage limit?
If your knowledge base approaches the storage limit, you’ll be notified. You can then either:
- Upgrade to a higher plan with more storage, or
- Remove unnecessary files to free up space.
Do articles themselves count?
No - text-based articles do not count toward storage. Only uploaded files and attachments use up storage.
