Usually, images that look broken come from external websites, and we see errors such as "Your client does not have permission to get URL"
Helpjuice uploads files and images to Amazon S3 and serves them via Amazon CloudFront, but external images usually are inserted when copying/pasting content from external sites.
It is highly recommended that you upload images in the Uploads section so that they are always available!
