Steps to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Helpjuice Account:

Login to Your Helpjuice Account
Sign in using your account credentials. -
Access Your Billing Information
Click on your initials or picture located in the bottom left corner of your Helpjuice dashboard. -
Go to Billing/Receipts
In the dropdown menu, select Billing/Receipts to access your subscription details. -
Choose Your Plan
You'll see the available subscription plans. Select the plan you'd like to upgrade or downgrade to based on your current needs.

Enable Auto-Upgrade to Avoid Service Disruption
Helpjuice offers the Auto-Upgrade me to the next plan to avoid user limit issues option, ensuring seamless scalability.

While your Knowledge Base will still be accessible if you reach the user limit on your current plan, you won't be able to add more users until you upgrade. Enabling auto-upgrade ensures you can continue expanding without interruption. If needed, you can always request a refund later.
What Happens Next?
Once you've confirmed your selection, the changes to your subscription will take effect immediately. If you've upgraded, you’ll gain access to additional features or user capacity as specified by your new plan.
