By default, submissions are sent to the account owner's email. However, you can change the recipient email address to ensure inquiries reach the appropriate team member.

Changing the Email Recipient
To modify the email address where contact form submissions are sent:
- Click on your Profile Picture > Settings.
- Navigate to the Contact Form section.
- In the Support E-mail field, enter the desired email address.
- Save your changes.

If this field is left empty, the account owner will receive the contact form emails.
Default Subject
By default, the subject line for these emails is set to: [Support] {{ question.name }}
You can customize this subject line to better suit your needs.
Adding reCAPTCHA to the Contact Form
To prevent spam submissions, you can add Google reCAPTCHA to your contact form:
- Generate a v2 key pair at Google reCAPTCHA Admin.
- Access your Helpjuice subdomain at
your-subdomain.helpjuice.com/admin/settings/contact_form
- Fill in the reCAPTCHA fields with the keys obtained from Google.

- Regularly monitor the email account receiving contact form submissions to ensure timely responses.
- Customize the subject line to reflect the nature of the inquiries for better organization.
