Signing In Behavior
Learn how to customize where different users are directed after signing in, based on their roles and access levels

Helpjuice allows you to customize what users see after they sign in, giving you control over their experience based on their role. You can choose to direct users to your Dashboard or Support Home, depending on their access level.
How to Update the Sign In Behavior
Follow these steps to adjust the post-sign-in behavior for your users:
- Go to Profile Settings: Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Access User Behavior & Tracking: In the settings menu, click on User Behavior & Tracking.
- Choose Signing In Behavior: Under the Signing In Behavior option, choose one of the following settings:
Show Dashboard
All users will be directed to Dashboard after signing in.
Show Support Home to Viewers
Viewers will be taken to your Support Home (your homepage). All other users—Super Administrators, Administrators, Collaborators, and Draft Writers—will be redirected to the Dashboard.
FYI Internal viewers will not have access to the Dashboard with this option.
Show Dashboard to Super Admins
Only Super Administrators will be directed to the Dashboard after signing in. All other users will be redirected to the Support Home.
Show Support Home to Everyone
All users, regardless of their role, will be taken to the Support Home.
Customizing the Sign In Page
You can fully customize the look and feel of your sign-in page in the Customize Area to match your branding.
