Restrict Access to your Knowledge Base

You can follow these steps to restrict the access to your knowledge base.

1. Integrate Helpjuice using Javascript Embed Widget (use the link in step 3).

2. Enable in Settings page "Restrict access to only via Javascript", which will make your KB inaccessible outside your system (Please note that direct link to your KB: won't work after you enable this option)

3. For another layer of protection please enable "Accessible only via encrypted URL" option. After you enable this option, save settings and than copy and paste given link to your embed code (from step 1). This will make your KB inaccessible to everyone who doesn't have that long URL.
