Emails saved calculates how well your knowledge base is performing, it calculates if your users are finding their answer on the knowledge base.
Emails saved is being calculated by taking into consideration three factors after a user makes a search on the knowledge base.
It takes into consideration:
- Time spent reading the article
- Whether the user scrolls through the whole article or focuses in on a particular section
- If the user leaves the knowledge base immediately after without having to go back and search for similar results
