Set your account to display only the HTTPS version is super easy in Helpjuice.
It always will show the green lock at browser URL bar. However, in some cases it can return a red lock, which is not a good ideia.
First of all, let's understand how to force HTTPS into your Knowledge Base. After, we'll understand in what circumstances it returns a red lock.
Open your dashboard > Click over your avatar, at left bottom > then settings > turn on the Force SSL (HTTPS Protocol)? option. That's all.
Ok, great! But when it returns a red lock?
It happens when you're using a custom subdomain (i.e support.mycompany.com) but don't have a SSL cert. Our default and free SSL is only for account that using URL as company.helpjuice.com.
So, if you try force SSL for a custom domain without set the right SSL, the red lock appears.
