Changing Where You'll Receive Support Emails from Your KB

If you're using Helpjuice, and would like for Helpjuice to send contact form submissions to your ticketing app, and hence, automatically create tickets, you can always alter the email address to which Helpjuice sends contact form submissions to.

By default email address used for support emails is set up to be the email address of first registered user (or the account owner). 

To change where Helpjuice emails are sent to, log in to your Dashboard and click your avatar in left bottom corner and open Settings menu. Than under “Support E-mail” enter your desired email where do you want to receive support emails.

After this you should receive emails on newly entered email address.
