How Article Commenting Works

How Commenting Works?

Commenting is a great way to collaborate over your articles, and ensure they are published to the standard of your organization.

Once you open an Article in Helpjuice, you may select the text that you wish to comment on, in the body of the answer, and click on the comment icon. From there, you'll be able to write your comment, and post it.

Posted comments will automatically send an email to the article's authors, but if you wish to include someone in the comment's discussion, you may by using the "@" sign, and we'll send them an email.

With all commenting emails, we allow you to reply to the email, and will post any email replies to commenting emails as comments themselves - of which users will also be notified.

You may also "Resolve" comments, by clicking on Resolve, next to the comment.

How To Get BETA Access To Commenting?

Simply send EMIL@HELPJUICE.COM an email w/ your subdomain. We don't want to launch commenting to everyone until it's perfect.
