When a New Article is created, you can type something or simply drop a PDF/DOCX file, and it'll auto-convert into a Helpjuice article.
To create New Articles:
- Click the + sign in the side panel or click New Article in the upper right corner of your Dashboard.
- When a New Article is created, you will see the following message in the article editor:
If the message above is not displayed, it means that you are editing an existing article and the document will be displayed as a link when you drag & drop it.
